(More customer reviews)this device is extremely easy to use for anyone. it is very straightforward and easy to read. for the price this is a great mp3 player. it has high quality sound and comes with better than average earbuds. you can also put pictures and video on the player. the picture/video is not very high quality compared to other picture/video devices but it does the job. it never freezes and is extremely easy to put music on to the player with any program. i would definitely recommend this to anyone and buy this product again if i am ever in the market for something similar.
