I have had problems from the very beginning..I cannot get the software to load at all in my computer..my computer is not old..the user manual is useless..I cannot find help at all as what to do..the user manuel is so poorly written and has many typos..the amount of typos is abnormal and shocking in this..I have to figure out what is being said..this user manuel looks like an illiterate person wrote it..its that bad!! I want my money back..
