(More customer reviews)I've got the cable and was expecting the 3.5mm AV out, but the one they've sent me has the other end same as the sync adapter. I think they've sent me a better cable, now I don't have to connect the sync adapter before the a/v out, but can't charge while having the output connected. It shouldn't be an issue since zen's battery last long even when playing movies.
