(More customer reviews)When I first got this product, it worked well for a week or two. Then, when I tried to use it, it wouldn't come on. Charging it & resetting it wouldn't work. I exchanged it for another one @ the store where I bought it. This new one worked for about 1 1/2 years. When it messed up, it would still come on & play the songs that were on the player, but I could not put any new songs on it [& i tried all ways to transfer music to it, such as windows media sync & the drag and drop method into the folders]. This has become a frustration since I still have 5.5 GB left on the memory & I can't utilize it.
I would not recommend this product unless you like to replace your electronics every year or so.
