Navigating the menus is very difficult; which is made worse by the fact that it takes the player forever to respond when you press a button (up to 10 seconds). Did I mention that navigating the menus suck. You can't play music and navigate your music folder at the same time. You can only shuffle songs that are within a folder, and a folder can only hold up to 100 songs. If your library is organized by album, you can only shuffle songs in that album.
This player uses a USB 1.0 connection. USB 1.0 takes 10 times longer than USB 2.0, which most music players have. It took 3 hours to put 2.6 GB on the player. Thus, I never want to put music, photos, and especially movies on this player.
This player sounded too good to be true, because it offers so many features at a low price. However, the software and components of this music player render those features unusable to all but the most patient, persistent users.
I also use an old iPod classic and a Sansa Clip. Both players are leagues beyond the V-Bop in user experience. Avoid this product. This player is not a deal at any price.
