Its easy to use menu is dummy friendly (read me).I was quickly able to upload music to enjoy immediately.Photos were also easy, video I still haven't figured out.
My two complaints are the directions aren't very clear on how to upload, so I had to use trial and error but as I said I was quickly able to figure it out.Also there is no way to change out the battery if needed.
My praise...I dropped this unit into my swimming pool...I thought it was DOA, but figured since I had nothing to loose I might as well TRY to recharge the battery.The screen was hazy at first, I only had 1/2 operating but could tell the battery was charging.Next day the screen cleared and the unit was PERFECT.The only item lost on the player was the song that was playing when the accident occured.Other than that she performs just like the day I bought her!
