(More customer reviews)this is a known mp3 player it is also from china or japan so dont get mad at the seller it goes through probably a hundred people i have mine it is easy to use way better than itunes because because you eigther have to buy all of your songs or you have to convert them then they are on itunes and if you have to crash your computer no music it really sucks this is a really easy device to use draging music back and forth between the mp3 player window and your music window so if you have to crash your compurter plug your mp3 in and drag it all back over that easy has a good amout of memory for music video or even pics the guy below my ratting is just a poor sport oh and there might not be a place to send it for repairs but that is why it was 60 dollars k dude
