(More customer reviews)DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.This MP3 player does not work.I have tried to download the music on it all day.A Christmas present that my daughter was very eager to use and it just will NOT work.I have tried to sync the music and it appears to download but when we try to access it on the MP3 player it does not appear and we are unable to play it.
