(More customer reviews)I have several mp3 players from Creative labs purchased new. I attempted on 2 occasions to buy 16 gb zen players refurbished. The 1st one came in a 16gb package but only hadan 8 gb capacity. The 2nd froze or would play sporadically and was missing ablank in the sdhc slot. I am prety much off refurbished anything.
