(More customer reviews)This model is very similar to the one I have, so I will review this one since I can't seem to find my exact model. I've had a Philips GoGear 2GB Sport player (model SA2628/37) for about a year and I have had no major problems with it. I wanted a no-fluff, bare-bones Mp3 player because I only use it occasionally. For the price, this player is very good. Great sound, easy-to-navigate menus, and I liked the sport armband that came with mine. I do not love the way the player organizes my music files. If the file doesn't come from iTunes or a store-bought CD, the player doesn't always recognize the origin of the file so it automatically stores it in a folder marked "Unknown Artist". There is no way to remove files from this folder so I've tried changing the file info in the "Properties" folder on my PC, but it does no good. It's very annoying to upload files and expect to find them under the artist's name, only to discover that they aren't where they should be. Then you have to scroll down the menu until you find the "Unknown Artist" folder, and then you have to scroll through all the "Unknown Album" folders until you find the one you want. Other than that, this is a good quality device, but I think I'll look for one that has better file organization capabilities.
