(More customer reviews)This product isn't so bad once u figure out how to use it. The manual could be more detailed on how to operate the product. I must admit i was a bit disappionted after i got it because it looked and felt like a toy. Another problem i had was dispite the videos and music shows that they are on there respected files on the mp3 when the usb is attached, no videos and some the music were not there when it was time to use it. I did have difficulty operating and transfering data to the device but as i said in the beginning once you figure out the general use, it isn't so bad after that.
